Kadina Medical Associates is proud to provide Obstetric services to the community with a dedicated team of obstetricians and midwives to provide personal care for your pregnancy.

The team will get to know you throughout your pregnancy, delivery, and during the exciting time of caring for your new baby. Obstetricians also encourage pre-pregnancy appointments to be made if you are planning to conceive. Our team takes pride in providing high quality care for you and your family in a team environment to provide you with reassurance when you need it.

We offer an Antenatal Service where certified midwives from the Wallaroo Hospital work in conjunction with your GP Obstetrician to provide your antenatal care. This service is at no cost to the patient and will be bulk billed. Please discuss your eligibility for this service at your next antenatal visit.

Please be aware that other expenses may be incurred during your pregnancy such as Obstetric Ultrasound’s and Antenatal CTG’s.

Doctors will always see their obstetric patients, please let the receptionists know when making your appointment that it is pregnancy related.

Dr Morris has a Medical Degree and an Advanced Diploma in Obstetrics. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and of the Australian College of Rural & Remote Medicine. He has an interest in Skin Surgery and Obstetrics.

Dr Anna Kearney

MBBS, DCH, DRANZCOG adv, FRACGP

Dr Kearney is a GP who has worked in obstetrics and gynaecology in both tertiary and rural centres. Dr Kearney is passionate about rural medicine and has a range of skills from pre-conception to palliation. Her areas of expertise include in women’s health, and she is currently undertaking further study in breastfeeding and infant sleep techniques. Dr Kearney is also a lecturer and tutor for the University of Adelaide School of medicine. She enjoys a challenge, and spent 2021 travelling and working around Australia with her family.
